1. Digital service, no physical shipping
ReviewRite is an online review and customer-feedback marketing service. Nothing is shipped to you: there are no physical goods and no shipping costs. Your plan is delivered online as access to your ReviewRite account.
2. How and when you receive access
- After your payment is confirmed, we email your login details to the email address you used at checkout.
- Your access details are sent within 24 hours of payment.
- Your access period (3 months or 12 months, depending on your plan) starts on the day your login details are sent.
- For custom plans, delivery timing is agreed in writing before you pay.
3. Where we deliver
ReviewRite is available worldwide wherever our payment provider can accept your payment. Access is provided online, so delivery is the same in every country.
4. If you have not received your access
If you have not received your login details within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam or junk folder, then email info@reviewrite.co with your name and the email address used at checkout. We will resend your access details or fix the problem.
If we cannot deliver access to you, you are entitled to a full refund.
